Private parties AT THE PANTRY
Miss Rachel's Pantry invites you and your guests to celebrate, enjoy good food and one another’s company in our cozy dining room.
Our private parties start with a 30 minute welcome & mingle that includes a light bite, and then you'll move into a 4-course plated menu for a beautiful seated meal for up to 24 guests.
Alternatively, for parties up to 28 guests, we offer a cocktail party-style menu: lots of great passed bites, a stationary grazing table and dessert spread that’s perfect for mingling with a larger crowd.
Each private booking is for 3 hours and includes our entire space. Bookings are held with a nonrefundable 20% deposit and remaining payment is due 2 weeks before your party.
Beginning May 2024, our private party flat buyout rate for our dining room, full menu, non-alcoholic beverages and service is a flat $3,600 (+tax).
The Pantry is BYOB. We invite you to bring a selection of wines + beers. If you prefer to bring mixed drinks or an extensive drink list, we’ll discuss hiring a bartender for your event.
You may bring beverages, favors, decorations, etc the day prior.
Outside food is not permitted and sometimes we can make wedding cakes. Let’s talk!
