FAQ and info
Q: what is your cancellation Policy?
For regular dinners, here’s our policy, which as a small business we believe is fair to all:
By purchasing seats, you are committed to this particular date. Seats are typically nonrefundable, though we especially do not want anyone feeling unwell to join us. In the case that you cannot make it, or that you have made a whoopsie and booked more seats than you need, we will issue a full refund (minus a 4% credit card processing fee) if the following two things happen:
(1) you contact us by 12 noon on the day of the dinner and
(2) we can re-sell your seats.
You may give your seats to a friend!
:: If you arrive for dinner and realize that you have booked more seats than you intended to (ex: purchased 4 tables when you meant to purchase 4 seats), we will pack up as many portions as there are empty seats for you to take home. There are no refunds for whoopsies after 12 pm on the day of the reservation.::
Early bird dinners:
We will issue a full refund (minus a 4% credit card processing fee) if the following two things happen:
(1) you contact us by 9 a.m. on the day of the dinner and
(2) we can re-sell your seats.
You may give your seats to a friend!
Private parties:
To reserve our dining room for a private party or cocktail party, we require a non-refundable deposit. In the case of inclement weather or emergency, the date can be rescheduled at an additional fee. With two weeks’ notice, you may cancel your private party and will not be responsible for paying more than the non-refundable deposit you’ve already made.
Q: Is tip included?
Our salaried team does not rely on tips, and your dinner reservation payment covers everything - payment for the service, the whole meal, and non-alcoholic beverages. There are no surprises and you do not have to bring your wallet. Some folks choose to leave a little tip on the table, but this is entirely at your discretion and not necessary.
Q: How do I make a reservation?
All reservations are booked online here. We have limited seating and all dinners are booked one month in advance! The first Friday of every month at 12pm (NOON) our dinner dates for the upcoming month will go live on our website. For assistance or if you’d like to be added to our email alerts list so you don’t miss out, please email EAT@MISSRACHELSPANTRY.COM
Please note that this website is the only place where bookings can be made. We do not use any third party services, such as Google, to accept bookings.
Q: can I bring my children?
No matter how cute, we do not allow small children or babies at our public dinners. Your tween and teen children are welcome. Children of all ages are welcome at private parties.
